Kellie Hinely brings together two areas of expertise that rarely exist at the same level: Southern California real estate and more than three decades in the competitive horse industry.

A real estate professional with Elevate Real Estate, Kellie represents sellers and buyers throughout Norco, Yorba Linda, Orange Park Acres, Villa Park, Chino Hills, Corona and surrounding Orange County and Inland Empire communities.

Kellie is especially known for her hands-on approach to selling property. She doesn't simply put a home on the MLS and wait. When preparation is needed, Kellie personally helps coordinate trusted contractors, painters, electricians, staging and other vendors. Once ready for market, her strategy can include professional photography, video, drone photography and video, paid social media advertising, YouTube marketing, staging, property websites, open houses, database marketing and agent-to-agent exposure.

For horse-property clients, Kellie's experience is personal.

An AQHA Professional Horseman, Kellie has spent more than three decades in the horse industry and has won AQHA World, NSBA World and Congress titles while also coaching riders to World and Congress championships. She lives in Norco and leases and operates an equestrian ranch in Chino Hills.

That experience allows Kellie to evaluate details that matter to equestrians: zoning, usable acreage, arena placement and footing, barns, stalls, fencing, drainage, turnouts, wash racks, trailer and RV access, manure management, permitting and trail access.

Kellie has also spent decades riding the trails of Orange Park Acres, Villa Park and Yorba Linda and has represented numerous horse-property clients in these communities.
